Files are in a mixture of formats (Real Bollocks, Windows Media, MPEG etc). Simply select them to view or save them. PC users should right-click and select "Save target as".

If you use Real One on a PC to view .rm and .ram files, then I heartily recommend you uninstall it and use the "Real Alternative" download from http://www.click-now.net/html/RealAlternative.htm. Unlike the official software, it doesn't install spyware or adware on your PC and, because it isn't so cumbersome and heavy, runs much faster and consumes less system resources.
